Mark's rates are competitive with those of other fine florists, designers and
horticulturalists in the Philadelphia area.
Labor is charged-out on a quarterly hour basis with a half hour minimum. Flowers, plants and materials are competitively priced. For clients who use his services on a weekly or regular basis, Mark bills on a monthly basis. Large installations ordinarily require a deposit of 50% with the balance due upon completion of the project.
